Pan wrote, “I am more than a little in love with Operation Beautiful. For years, I’ve thought about carrying around a pad of post-its notes to leave notes of encouragement for strangers or challenge ads I don’t like without getting in trouble for graffiti. It took my discovery of this website for me to actually start doing it.”

Allison wrote, “I was cleaning up my desk and found this quote that I had written down probably 3 yrs ago (as you may be able to see from the faded ink).  Maybe other people can use this as an Operation Beautiful message!

Heather wrote, “One of my most recent Operation Beautiful ideas was to decorate glass bottles. After I had made the first one, I realized how much I needed the bottle because I had forgotten my beauty in the midst of this society. Operation Beautiful has helped me to feel beautiful as I’m telling others of their beauty. It is a constant reminder, which all of us need. People have become more and more rare with compliments, and I just imagine if I found the notes and reminders I made, and how they would certainly bring a smile to my face. I often write things that I need to hear at the moment, because I’m sure that someone else needs to hear it as well.”
