Kat from Germany (who is in treatment for an eating disorder) wrote, “A few weeks ago I wrote "You are beautiful" on a note, and wanted to leave it in a fellow patients room on my in-patients’ ward. The girl who lived inside that room really IS beautiful. On morning during weight and vitals, I sneaked into her room and searched for a place to leave the note. I decided to place it on her mirror in the bathroom, since she absolutely WOULD see it. I opened the bathroom door and didn’t place my note on the mirror because I stumbled across her (forbidden!!!) scale. Instead on putting it on the mirror I lay the note on her scale, and sneaked out. I hope it made her think for a second.”
Mariah wrote, “These pictures are from a trip I was taking. I was on my way home from North Carolina, and I left these on my seat, and in the magazines in front of me. I hope that the next person who sat there felt blessed by these notes.”
Courtney wrote, “I was walking to class and saw one on the map of our school. I was running late, stressed, and in a hurry, but seeing the post-it really made my morning. It turned my day around. I also saw one in the bathroom later! Two in one day! I’m planning on making some and discreetly placing them around tomorrow. I want to help spread the love!”

kudos to Alex, all of the posts are seriously so sweet, but the one from Alex made me smile the most, the fact that a guy can get off his high horse and tell girls they are beautiful not hot, sexy, etc. etc. really shows there are some good ones out there. Thank you Alex. (:
Oh my gosh!! That’s my video!
I made that a couple weeks ago, I didn’t think anyone would think to send it in.
Whoever you are Sara, thank you so much!
