I get really anxious when shopping because I do not have good self esteem and seeing this note made me feel so much better and helped me to stay calm when looking in the mirror when trying on dresses.”

Abby wrote, “My note was, obviously, not random (though receiving it was a complete surprise!). I am a college coach of a women’s team and bought the Operation Beautiful book as a Christmas gift for one of my athletes who has been struggling….needless to say she loved it, and it has probably helped her more than I ever could. She is now posting notes around our campus and undoubtedly changing people’s mindset.”
