Cammy wrote about her Operation Beautiful experience on her blog – check it out! She posted these notes and vows to post as many notes as she can until the end of the year! What a lovely goal. 
The editor of Operation Beautiful, Caitlin, is going to take the day off, but regular posting will resume tomorrow. I saw a post-it with your message on it at my gym today in Indiana! I will have to send you a picture of it (on my phone now). I was going to workout longer but thought about the amazing person I was and the amazing person who put that up!
