Send your own Operation Beautiful Note to Caitlin at OperationBeautiful@gmail.com, and it will be posted on the site. If you have a blog, be sure to include a link!  It takes about three weeks for a photograph to show up on the site, so be patient! :)

Write a motivating note on a post it and put it up in a public place– such as on a bathroom mirror, in the gym locker room, or even on a random car’s windshield.  If you want, you can write the web address www.OperationBeautiful.com on the bottom so other women can find the site!

I think operation beautiful is a very good thing.
Its positive, and really might help peoples thoughts about themselves.
Sometimes we might just have negative people around us ,so its good to have something like this to help out. <3

I’d been having self esteem issues… I saw one of those notes, and i thought, “it’s true. even if not on the outside, i can be beautiful on the inside”. So, because of how much these affected me, i started posting tons every day. :)

My note that I left in in a changing room in the mall today (which is my first one) read It’s not a matter of believing it’s a matter of realizing You Are Beautiful followed by the website address. Just writing and posting that note helped me a lot. I struggle with my weight and my family gets on me about it. Sometimes they say we just want you to be healthy and feel pretty while at the same time they say I would look better if I lost weight. So I struggle with feeling beautiful, and this note I feel helped me in the right direction. I love that I found this movement, it ROCKS. :)

I put some post-its up in downtown Calgary today, 2 on buses, 1 on a window and 1 on the armrest of a bench at a bus-stop. Didnt bring my camera so I didnt get pictures but it was so fun and exciting thinking of who’s going to see this. What are they going to think? Will they take it home? Will they visit the website? Love it! Will take pictures next time :)

I have too say im 13 and im already amazed! I know your cousin and have been BFF’s with her for 12 years of my life. For reasons i dont know i won’t put her name because i don’t feel like asking but her name starts with a D. Give you a hint anyway she told me about your website and all the things you have accomplished. DANG! D and I went to a camp this summer and we put up sticky notes for operation beautiful. I loved it but we kept having to take ot down because the jamitors were taking them and throwing them away. What lameness. Anyways I just wanted to let you know that you have done an amazing job. I’m so impressed. :)

Hi Jamie :) YAY I’m glad D told you about it! Most notes don’t stay up more than a day — but its OK because at least a few people see them! :)

This past tuesday I was at a local wal-mart here in Havelock, NC and I saw a car with an open window and so I took the opportunity to make the person’s day by sticking a note on the inside of thier windshield right where I knew that they wouldn’t miss it. I kinda wish I could have stuck around to see their face, But it made me feel good all the same to do it :)

Today, I went to the restroom during 7th period. When I went to grab for the toilet paper, the roll seemed jammed, so I stuck my hand to the back of the container. Someone had (obviously on purpose) left a pop-sicle stick that said on one-side, “You are beautiful.” With a heart. The other side said, “www.operationbeautiful.com”. Seeing that someone went through all the work to get the word out, I got curious and came to this website as soon as I got home. Now that I really know what this is all about, I feel so touched that anyone would go out of their way to get the message to me. I love what Operation Beautiful is doing, and I plan to join the mission. I truly needed that boost after all I’ve been going through/thinking this week. You never know who truly needs the message…

i was at forever 21 looking for a dress to wear, feeling very discouraged because all the dresses i tried on looked horrible on me. when on one of the clothing racks i saw a note that said “you’re beautiful no matter what you wear, visit operationbeautiful.com” made my day. :D

i LOVE this website. i just opened my front door the let a friend in and i found this note saying “you are a star, and you’re beautiful.” i happen to be an actress, so the star comment was practically written for me….i think that this can honestly and uniquely change people’s views on themselves and help them realize how beautiful they really are! (i will be posting sooo many of these around school tomorrow and in the future!)

I honestly think this site is amazing. I never knew how much impact one little note can make. It made my day and by leaving lots of my own little notes around, I think it’s brought me good karma. I’m gonna try to leave them everywhere I go and document them on my website.

Well, the otherday i was trying on cloths at my favorite store,i was so happy when i found this dress that i have wanted to quite a longtime, when i went to try it on…it didnt fit. I am not skinny, and this really upset me,as i looked up to see how i looked,i noticed a beautiful little note. it read “No matter what, you and i both know, your beautiful!” I couldnt help but smile. I came home&&now i have written more than 60 or so notes. I cant wait to see my light shine. Thank you(:

I just finished up I think my fifteenth note so I can spread them around school tomorrow. :] This is such a wonderful movement, I agree totally with its purpose. Girls and even some guys need to get over the low self-esteem (myself included) and so I think this is a great opportunity to start helping to alleviate all of that.

Thank you, Operation Beautiful!

My friend and i found a note on a bathroom stall at the football hall of fame. We took a picutre thinking it was just a joke or something! I didn’t think http://www.operationbeautiful.com was actually a site, but yes the note brightened our day(:

Most girls are fearful of being “FAT” or “UGLY” because they worry what men think of them. It turns out guys don’t care about that. I’ve asked many guys for a school project, and they said that plastic, unreal bodys are just scary, and they would rather someone real!

I just found this site and i think that it is AMAZING! I have struggled my whole life with self esteem issues and i wish that someone had left me a sticky note when i was 13. After seeing this site i made a TON of notes and left them in every bathroom in my dorm building. I was walking with a friend and we passed one my notes and she commented that they are everywhere and that when she sees them it makes her smile! I don’t know if anyone else smile when they see them but even just making one person happy make me feel beautiful. Thank you soo much!! You are all beautiful people! :)

I started making pretty index cards that said messages like: “let your beauty add color to this life” or “you.are.beautiful.” and I have gotten other girls to help me out. Just recently I got asked to do an interview about my life in order to have an article written about me. And of course I mentioned this website! I hope they do some sneaky advertisement so other girls get involved. Thank you girls who are involved with this! Only we can influence each other.

I found one of these notes in the bathroom the other day and it really made me feel better. I wasn’t having a good day and the note said ” You are amazing, talented, and beautiful!”. After i read it, I looked in the mirror and said you know what? I am.

I went to the mall a few weeks ago..
When i went to the bathroom, I saw that someone had written “you are beautiful” in sharpie on the door of the stall i was in. I couldn’t figure out why someone would do that, except to bring a smile to someone’s face, and it worked. so i took a picture and every now and then when i’m shuffling through my phone, i come across it. i found the link to this website on my friend’s facebook page today and I immediately connected the two. how awesome is that?!

I have had an eating disorder and other issues for as long as I can remember. A few weeks ago at school I was having a truly bad day and I walked into the bathroom feeling like a horrible fat loser. Something on the mirror caught my eye and I walked over to read it. It was a post it that said ” You are beautiful, and Don’t forget it!!” This little note changed my whole day. I am a true believer in this site and what it stands for. I encourage everyone to participate in it becuase you never know who will need a note and what effect that note will have on someone.. :)
