Send your own Operation Beautiful Note to seebriderun@gmail.com and Caitlin will post it on the site. If you have a blog, be sure to include a link! It takes about a week for a photograph to show up on the site, so be patient!
Write a motivating note on a post it and put it up in a public place– such as on a bathroom mirror, in the gym locker room, or even on a random car’s windshield. If you want, you can write the web address www.OperationBeautiful.com on the bottom so other women can find the site!
If you send me your photo, it becomes the property of OperationBeautiful.com and may be used on the site or in other media.
PLEASE RESPECT THE OPERATION BEAUTIFUL TRADEMARK. I do not endorse other sites that are “Chapters” of Operation Beautiful. Thank you.

Check the note out at my blog
i had spent a few weeks at my cousins house and she had all these little sticky notes stuck on her mirror. i read them all and they all said something positive from operation beautiful. i am so grateful for all of you girls who help other girls. one little sticky note can stop someone from taking their life. you never know. this is such a powerful movement and i know god is very pleased with all of you. i thank you and god bless all you angels. you are beautiful
this website is amazing
im totally going to start doing this
I actually saw this post-it note attached to a pole as i was going to get some grub in my school’s cafeteria, and when i read it my face lit up. From now on i’ll try to find ways to shout out operation beautiful to anyone i know, and i’ll definitely get -some post-its to spread the word
I got really upset today because I was loooking at some pictures of me and my cheerleading team, and they all looked so beautiful, like they were MEANT to be cheerleaders, and I looked so out of place, I didn’t fit in with them at all! It made me cry! I wish I could say looking at these notes helps but it doesn’t, I’m sorry to say it. It is a wonderful idea, though.
you are probably a fantastic cheerleader! not everyone can make the team – its team! you are lovely and DESERVE to be on that team. believe it!

I just officially made a school group/club type of thing and it has alot to do with this. Like feeling totally out of place because of people teasing you and not having friends and not being cool enough. So as of today Im just gunna try to set a good example for my Youth Group…
Its really inspiring((:
wow! this is such a great idea!
im going to post them around my school (australia) and i hope others will catch on and do the same.
im writing some out right now
i always tell people theyre beautiful, but they dont believe me…
just like when people tell me, i dont believe them..
we all need a bit of positive reinforcement on those bad days and need to feel special, because we all are.
?
The idea its self is beautiful, and you can be sure that my whole town will be covered in post-its. I thank anyone and everyone involved with this. You brilliant individuals filled with nothing but optimism are the real ones that’ll change this world. x
I really love this idea, and I’m going to start doing this and try to get my friends to do it too(:
I think its amazing that people are doing this to make women feel good about themselves, and it changes how I look at myself too.
Thanks(:
Promoting your amazing idea! THANKS!
I love the idea you have for this website. It really cheered me up for a little bit at least. I’m recovering from an eating disorder and sometimes I really do get depressed over how ugly I think I am. But this website helped!
I was having a pretty crappy week feeling bad about myself but today at school I went into the bathroom and as I washed my hands I looked up at the mirror and saw this post-it note and I couldn’t help but smile. I’ve been having a good day ever since. This is a really good movement. So many girls out there feel horrible about themselves because of society this is a way to show them that no matter what anyone says they are all still beautiful in their own way!
I am definitely going to do this
After trying on several pairs of jeans this morning before class (and then opting for yoga pants)….I came across a post-it note in the bathroom stall I was using on my campus. Thanks Caitlin for being so inspirational and positive…and thanks for the girl who left the note behind….it really made my day! I’ll be sure to pay it forward.
Stay Beautiful!
I just heard about this site and what it is doing for people all over to night. so i am making a lot of different notes, and im just going to start leaving them in different places for someone to find. i’m glad that i can be part of something so great!
