Julie wrote, “These positive messages are already having an effect on me. Like a lot of people, I struggle with weight and self-esteem issues. I know this sounds weird, but I have this habit of taking off my glasses before looking at myself in the mirror. That way I just see a fuzzy image of myself that is easy to ignore. It finally hit me today – why do I think these positive messages apply to everyone but ME? I put my glasses back on and actually looked at myself in the mirror. And I smiled.”
Sarah wrote, “I was at the mall today and some one put a sticky note on the inside of the stall door in the restroom. It read "You will come out okay <3" It made my day I have trouble with depression and it helped me get through the day! Thank you!”
