I decided that the lovely ladies I serve with in my unit here in Iraq needed to be part of this, so I added this note to the mirror on our bathroom at work. Being deployed with tons of men it is easy to forget to feel good about yourself. I love this idea and plan on continuing to do this once I get back to the states!”

Regardless, I hope it empowered them at least for the day.”

Caitlin, these always make me feel better. I’ve been staring at the same one on my own mirror for a couple days, but I think it’s time for a new one.
WOW I love the one about not frowning because someone could be falling in love with your smile…that really got me!! : )
Love the website Caitlin! You ROCK!!!!!!!
