Bronwyn wrote, “I want other girls who had the same doubts I used to have, those same little nasty voices in their heads, to start feeling as I do. I want them to stop the fat talk and learn self love and acceptance. That’s why I love your Operation Beautiful. My goal is to put one post-it in every building on the campus here.”

A Fashion Muse wrote, “When you work in fashion or are obsessed with it – like oh, I don’t know, 100% of women out there, it takes over your life and you sometimes tend to lose sight of your bigger picture.   Images of the latest IT bag, the newest pant silhouette, the highest of heels, the ‘right’ look overall, fill your mind and occupy your time. I am guilty of this just as much as the next person is.  I think Operation Beautiful is incredible!”

Kate wrote, “Since the age of 16 (I am 23 now) I have been the number one spokesperson of "Fat Talk" for myself. When I was 16, I weighed 220lb. I went through a very tough time in my life then and developed an eating disorder, my weight dropped sixty pounds in a short period of time. I recovered from my eating disorder and have developed a healthy lifestyle.. Most days though, I woke up and hated what I saw in the mirror. After reading about Operation Beautiful, I know that I am amazing, beautiful and strong. Some days everyone needs a little reminder of just how truly amazing they are. Today after going to the gym, I stopped and picked up post-its to help Operation Beautiful. I am very excited about helping this cause!  It helped me believe in myself!”

Have a BEAUTIFUL DAY!
