As soon as i went on the site, I was inspired. I realized that what I was doing was wrong and that my body was beautiful! I showed my friends and now we don’t ever talk about being fat or overweight. I realized how wrong I was in thinking constantly about weight. This has changed my life so much and I am so grateful!”

I tell my co-workers they look good all the time and most of them just brush me off. A couple of them have said that nobody else ever tells them they are pretty except me so I keep doing it. aw leaving notes for the waitresses is such a good idea. i used to wait tables and sometimes people don’t treat us all that well so getting sweet notes (from women–thankyouverymuch) would have been very uplifting.
